Summary
In a world of scientifically proven psychic abilities, the practitioners - the so-called Talents - are called on to serve the public good. This is never more true than in Gotham, where the Wayne Parapsychic Institute works diligently for justice and peace in what is otherwise a mecca of rogue Talents. Bruce Wayne is one of the most powerful Talents on record; a Prime. So are all his children. All, that is, except for Tim Drake; a winged donkey to their high-flying Pegasus. Trying to put the shattered pieces of his life together, he comes across Jason Todd; former member of the Wayne Parapsychic Institute and a powerhouse in terms of Talent, alive in an asylum years after everyone assumed him dead.
Tim is determined to help Jason find a way back. Jason might end up teaching him a way forward.

“You saw the body?” Jason asks. It’s a stupid question—of course Tim saw it. Tim was the one who found it, who rolled it into the carpet in the first place. But there’s a second question wrapped up in his strangled tone, which is: Are you okay after seeing the body?
Tim just purses his lips, almost indignant. “This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a corpse before, Jason.”

Radio Silence, "Can you hear me?", Mistaken IdentityTim Drake, aged 11, finds an abandoned walkie-talkie and decides to start his own little personal radioshow to combat his loneliness. Jason Todd, Robin, happens to have the other walkie, and soon Tim doesn't feel as lonely anymore.
Tim Drake, aged 16, is lonely once again. But now he's Robin. He keeps talking into the walkie, and his one-man audience happens to still be the same... if a bit more murderous.

At first, he hopes it’s maybe a mirror of his reality, but the longer he looks, the clearer it becomes: it’s worse. Every familiar landmark is… well, the same actually— but every face he recognizes carries a different version of themselves. The rules of reality feel broken, and everyone is driving him mad. This dimension isn’t just strange—it’s hell. Because why does everyone insist he needs coffee?!
