This story takes place after Pomni enters Jax's mind following his abstraction.
In this AU, the characters are not brain scans. They are real humans trapped by a rogue AI while their physical bodies remain in the real world.
A secret Organization finds them and takes care of them.
This story includes FunnyBunny (Pomni x Jax), Gangle x Zooble, Father Figure Kinger, and a platonic friendship between Ribbit and Jax. It also features a femboy interpretation of Jax and uses a mix of canon and non canon names.
This story diverges heavily from canon and should be viewed as an alternate universe.

But hey, maybe they can get a whole new tolerable Jax out of the deal, so I guess they can just let Pomni cook a little here ...Jax looked at Pomni as if she’d just casually mentioned she was planning to throw herself off the nearest cliff. “I tell you I could basically abstract at any moment and your solution is … what?? That I should date you??”
“Because holing up alone in the dark and stewing in your feelings until you mutate is a better idea?” she asked flatly. “I am so tired of fighting to be allowed to be close to you. Especially when I care about you and I’m pretty sure you also care about me.” She flopped onto her back in frustration, still holding his hand in hers. “Even though I don’t know what the right thing to do for you is … I love you, and I’m going to keep you from losing your mind in here if it kills me.”

Following the events of The Beach Episode (Episode 7), a new character arrives in the circus, a male rag doll later known as Fikzy ("Fixy"). The first human he meets? Ragatha, of course. This story follows him, the relationships and conflicts between him, Ragatha and the rest of the circus cast, while the other circus members explore their own relationships. This story is a slow burn with a lot of build-up, heavy topics and introspection, balanced with funny, sweet and wholesome moments. Some ideas presented in this story have been influenced by some fan comics and theories, as well as many of my own.POSSIBLE STORY SPOILERS BELOW!!!
Ship notes: This story was mainly started to answer the question-What if Ragatha met a male rag doll? While the story does have a heavy focus on her and my OC, there's plenty of Funnybunny going on in it as well as some Abstragedy in the later chapters :) The OC Fikzy is inspired heavily by my own life experiences and is a self-insert of sorts.

Summary
tl;dr: funnybunny escape the Circus, find each other in the real world, and finally give in to the desire they’ve been pretending isn't there.
Separated from the others during one of Caine’s adventures, Pomni and Jax stumble through a door that should not exist and accidentally escape the Circus.
When Jax finds Pomni again, they build a new normal together out of shared rooms, easy arguments, and the comfort of being the only two people who understand what happened. Somewhere between recovery and routine, they become the closest thing either of them has to home, even if neither of them is ready to call it anything yet.
