Battat turned the corner while fixing Mike's stupid bowtie and crashed right into his boss, the two startling as the impact jolted the mug in Tenna’s hand. The liquid sloshed and splattered all over Battat and his costume.
"Battat!” Tenna yelped, his antennas going crooked. He immediately bent down, fussing uselessly as though he could wipe away the damage before it set in. "Goodness, are you alright?! Does it burn?” The hand on Mike's cheek quickly slapped over Tenna's own mouth in realization.
Battat twitched under the costume. What.

Summary
Somebody had opened a second dark fountain in the Dreemurr living room, and as much as Tenna had begged the lightners, Kris and their friends had to leave his show early to close the more threatening one first. He’s not entirely sure whether his deal with the Knight includes stopping the kids from closing any and all fountains, or just the one giving his own world form, but it’s certainly distressing to think he’s already ruined his last chance at a comeback. So, naturally, he follows after them.

“Right, ehm, well I’d be honored to help you Mr. Tenna!” Especially for Mettaton’s sake, but he’d keep that to himself.
He felt his chest swell with pride seeing the giant Darkener beam at him, his screen washing him over in a pleasant glow.
“Oh that’s WONDERFUL! Just wonderful, you’ll be a great help you know!” He seemed to sprout several feet then, forcing poor Papyrus to crane his neck quite a bit just to maintain “eye-contact”…
Even if neither of them had any eyes to begin with, but that was besides the point.
His massive palm clamped down on the skeleton’s shoulder, and he found himself buckling under the weight as he forced a cheery laugh. “Yes, well, the Great Papyrus is always willing to lend a helping hand!”

OR, Papyrus decides to go over to Napstablook’s house to keep his cousin some company, unknowingly stumbling into a grand Dark World and getting roped up in Tenna’s ambitions to impress his new friend.
