Hinn_Raven's 'Hot Resume Tips for Young Professionals!' had three lines in it that sparked this whole fic:
Bruce pauses. Something about this sounds familiar… “Is this why Jason sent me a selfie of himself in the backseat of your car, of him splattered in blood and you giving the peace sign?”
“Yeah, you’d really think being a vigilante in Gotham would have prepared me for driving an Uber. But that was my first day, and it only got weirder after that.”
Bruce almost asks why she hadn’t included driving an Uber on her resume, then he decides that he probably doesn’t want to know.
So honestly that was the whole idea a meet/cute fic where the first time they meet was that day in the Uber.

He is still a teenager, with no money, currently declared dead, no hope of getting a legal source of income and a head full of green rage. But she thinks he is the best option for raising her child, not the kids actual father? The man who has millions of dollars, a full-time butler and…still dresses up as a furry at night and got his last son killed in a cape. Okay maybe she has a point, but surely there has to be someone better than him.
“Talia? What is this?” He looks up confused.
“His name is Damian,” she handed him a folder. “This is everything you need; passports, bank accounts, identification for you and the child. You can keep him safe, from me and his father.”Series

Summary
Magic was a thing that all the Bats were used to by now. From being de-aged, gender-swapped, thrown in alternative dimensions and even time travel they have done it all. But the thing was it had only really happened to the capes, not their grandpa. Which meant when Alfred got hit with a stray spell during an event that was interrupted by rouge magicians the whole family was noticeably nervous.
