Wild snorted and turned, walking backwards as he answered Wind.
“Only a few more -“
“Time, duck!”

Summary
At first glance the wrecked realm was reminiscent of Wild’s Hyrule, but it felt different. For Time, it was a glimpse of familiarity. As he gazed around him once more, he saw the damage for what it was: War. He turned to the figure standing alone in the middle of the open gate. His once tense shoulders were now drooped in relief, his scarf flapping happily behind him. When he turned to face them his eyes were lit with excitement and a beaming smile graced his face.
"Everyone, welcome to my Hyrule!” he exclaimed, waving dramatically behind him.
After a trip to Warriors' Hyrule, the Links find out a little more about their Captain's journey - particularly about a certain guardian of time...

To make him feel better, the Links decide to bake a cake. They're sent out in pairs to get the ingredients, and even though all of them have the Triforce of Courage, it would have been far more helpful if just one of them had the Triforce of Wisdom.
(Includes: Hyrule discovering mayonnaise, Sky discovering butter, Wind discovering brown sugar, Warriors literally flexing on random npcs, Legend catching bugs that don't exist, and Time forgetting that he's supposed to be the resident adult.)

“Great Zephos, they are totally shit-faced-” Wind hisses from over his shoulder, peeking out of the doorway just like Four is. He sounds like he’s having the best day of his life. Maybe he is.
“You’re a good man,” Warriors continues on, entirely oblivious to or uncaring of the audience he has amassed. “Y’ remind me of,” a thick, ugly sniffle, “of m’ own mum.”
“Oh, wow,” Four mutters.
Or, Warriors and Twilight sneak away from the rest of the Chain in the captain's era to enjoy a well-deserved break and celebrate the end of a long, long week. They, uh, might have celebrated a little too hard, because now it takes three separate heroes to drag them to bed and get them to focus for more than five seconds on a subject that isn't their deep, undying, brotherly love for one another.
Tears are shed, drunken heart-to-hearts are had, and lots of blackmail material is collected. At least Four is thoroughly entertained. Written for a sprint prompt in the LU Discord!

Wind isn't like the others. He lives on the Great Sea, not Hyrule. He's never seen a horse, much less ridden one. Then again, Sky hasn't either, but Sky has a Loftwing and that's practically the same thing. The more time Wind spends with the Links, the more his differences slap him in the face. Is he truly a hero, or is he just a kid playing pretend?

Sky turned around, half expecting to find a monster behind him, but he couldn’t make anything out in the darkness and rain. Maybe there was something Time could see that he couldn’t?
“Everyone!” Time shouted behind him, not taking his eyes off Sky. Sky blinked at him in nervous confusion, opening his mouth but then closing it. It was good Time was getting everybody else, right? They could help.
The trees behind him rustled. He startled, turning to see the rest of the group stepping into the small clearing, swords and shields reflecting off of their respective light sources. They surrounded Sky, and he was struck by the strange feeling that all of their cautious glares were directed his way.
...Did they not recognize him?-
Or,
Sky has an unfortunate experience with a lightning storm and undergoes some... changes. Everything goes downhill from there.

The thought was appalling. It was blasphemy. It was absurd. Did Ghirahim honestly think he would agree to it? “Never,” he snapped. He would never entertain even the thought of allying himself with such a malicious creature.
For just a blink, Ghirahim’s soft smile faltered, only to be plastered back on.
“It’s only fair, skychild,” he said pleasantly. “You killed my master.” His voice hardened. “I am now your right.”

Or: Sky is ecstatic to be back home, but his hopes are dashed by the reappearance of Ghirahim. The chaos of fighting black-blooded monsters and chasing the shadow is only made worse by a desperate Demon Lord who will do anything it takes to make Sky his master.
