It’s something he tries not to think about.
Like most of the traumatic events in his life, it’s buried deep in the back of his mind. He only brings it out to pick at it anxiously in the dead of the night, unable to sleep out of the overwhelming fear that something might happen to his father while he’s unconscious. In the middle of the night, the moon hanging high in his bedroom window, he picks. Thinks about her. Thinks about the life he could’ve had if it weren’t for his poor mother losing her mind. Thinks about how the disease is hereditary. Thinks about how long it’d take for him to succumb, to end up like her.
But there’s one part about the whole ordeal that he doesn’t dare think about. A part that he feels if he so much as ponders, his father will wail. He tells himself he made it up, that it didn’t really happen. He tells himself over and over again.
Stiles Stilinski never had a brother.

“Jesus.” Not-Doctor leaned his forehead against the wall and spat a few choice words into it. “Not even the—“
“Not now.” Maybe-Doctor flashed a pointed look at Not-Doctor. “Let him wake up.” He turned back to the bed. “You remember a name, or are ya good with Tom?”
Maybe-Doctor took his perturbed silence—and increased beeping of the heart monitor—to mean ‘yes’. “Alrighty then, Tom. Jeff, would’ya get some food in here?”
His stomach rumbled at the words. He hadn’t realised how hungry he’d been, but now it was all he could think about.
Doctor—Jeff—nodded and quietly slipped out the door.
Maybe-Doctor held out his hand. “Name’s Newt, Tommy,” the young man said with a grin. “I won’t overwhelm you with the nasty details just yet, but you’ve chosen an unfortunate world to lose your memory in."

During a very normal day in the Glade, Newt experiences severe head spins. The rest of the Gladers pass it off as food poisoning from Frypan’s tacky breakfasts, or prolonged sun exposure– but, even after several recovery days, Newt’s head spins are constant. The Medjacks are worried, everyone in the Glade is. Newt doesn’t understand what is going on– but six months after the start of his head spins a new Greenie arrives, the same one he sees during his head spins.

Really it was a sad number of survivors considering how many they started with but Newt didn’t want to linger on such a depressing thought.
Minho apparently felt the same as he said. “We’ll enjoy this for them; live for them.”

He’s always been the sensible one in his friend group, until his best friend goes to some leadership camp during the break and comes back looking like Dylan freaking O’brien. Girls are suddenly whispering about him in the hallway and Newt is losing his bloody mind. Minho gives zero fucks, and he’s just sitting at the lunch table, flipping his stupid flashcards like nothing’s changed.
“Fuck, finals,” Newt mutters, biting into what.. seems to be a muffin from the canteen. He misses real english breakfast, but all he’s got is- *FLICK*

It's been two years since WCKD was destroyed, and two years since the loss of their friends, of Newt. Thomas struggles a lot with nightmares of the past, memories he didn't think he'd be able to get back, and the thoughts of a certain boy he wished he could've saved. Dealing with all of that and being the main leader of the Safe Haven has taken a toll on him..
Little does he know however, a boat has washed up ashore to the same island as his, with a group of survivors in it. Two of which he'd thought he'd watched die, one of them being a boy he never got to confess his feelings to.

"The blood, Belle's blood, on his hands had dried, allowing him to scrape most of it off though it still tainted his shirt. Was she alive? Was she okay? He'd seen her wake, heard her call his name, but complications could arise. Sneed wouldn't be able to save her, no one else knew how to work with that surgery because only he'd ever done it, if she needed a redo or something went wrong. They'd come get him right? Sneed wouldn't be dumb enough to attempt anything right?"
Author's Note: I just finished binge-watching this show and I needed season 2 yesterday so naturally I am making it myself. This is very much a WIP and tags will be added as I realize I need them, as I currently do not know where the story is going.

Justice Micawber is calling for blood. It's looking more and more likely it'll be Jack's.
Lady Belle is furious at the injustice of it all. Jack's a bloody hero! He's the best surgeon Port Victory's ever seen and she owes him her life -- quite literally. Belle is determined to put her foot down and restore the doctor's good name. But this time, she's going to need the help of every last sympathetic soul in Port Victory to do it. Jack Dawkins will walk free or Belle Fox will die trying and death is not an option.

The governor and Lady Fox had given him an extraordinary deal, he knew that. One more year of service to the hospital and his penal debt would be paid. His record would be expunged and he would be a free man for the first time in his adult life. Furthermore, he didn’t have to stop his work as a surgeon. In fact, Lady Fox had made it quite clear that his skill in that arena was a key reason for this miraculous deal.

For the first time ever, The Right Arm actually has hope for the future of humanity, However, Ava Paige won't give up that easily and Thomas won't survive if he falls back into their hands.
