Summary

After ending things with Rory, Logan can't get her words out of his head and he starts to wake up to see the man his dad manipulated him into becoming. He meets with a corporate lawyer who is not under his dad's thumb and tries to find the best path to separate from Odette and the company without losing everything. Told in first-person from both Rory and Logan, this is a rewrite of Seasons 6 and 7 — starting with the moment Logan convinces her not to run towards the boat.
Rory’s just been told by Mitchum that she doesn’t have it — and instead of breaking something or breaking away, she ends up learning what it means to have someone believe in her when she doesn’t. Logan doesn’t have all the answers either, especially with his family pulling him in every direction, but they’re trying. For each other.
It’s messy, a little reckless, and more honest than either of them expected. But maybe that’s the point.
