Emboldened by the good luck, you even drink with the auburn woman, noting just how drunk she's getting.
So when you escort her back to her patrol car like a good Samaritan would, she never notices you grabbing her firearm from her holster, nor does she realize you've "escorted" her to a secluded alley, hell the off-duty officer doesn't even register what kind of situation she's in...
Not until you've got her at gunpoint, at least.
