Tommy loved humans. That much was obvious. He brought some of the most colorful and unique shells to leave on the beach, a gift to the humans who would surely appreciate their beauty more than his people would. Though he supposed it made sense. If you were constantly surrounded by beauty, you didn’t tend to appreciate it as much. He was looking through his satchel to pick out a shell when he heard a gasp from behind him. Tommy turned, making eye contact with a pink haired human.
Or, Mermaid Tommy loves humans and their fascination with the ocean. When leaving some shells behind for them, he gets caught in a conversation he never expected.

Techno has seen enough. “Now, if you don’t mind, I'm not going to sacrifice my sleep just because I’ve been imprisoned on a pirate ship. Goodnight.”

Dream knocked on Tommy’s door before pushing it open slightly and peaking in. His blonde hair shone lightly with the sunlight from Tommy’s window, and his green hoodie was brighter today. His green eyes swept over Tommy’s room quickly before settling on them.
“You guys good? I heard scrambling?” Dream asked, and Tubbo smiled easily at him. Tommy chuckled as Tubbo quickly spoke up so they weren’t left in silence when Tommy scrambled for a lie that Dream would believe.
“Tommy accidentally threw a pencil at me and we scrambled to get it before the other.” Tubbo laughed, Tommy joined him as he tossed a pencil up and caught it easily. He ignored the bout of pain it brought to lift his arm as high as he did.
“Okay, Sapnap and George are spending the night tonight, we are going to order pizza and do some gaming if you two want to invite Ranboo?” Dream offered, Tommy felt himself perk up as Tubbo’s eyes sparkled. Ranboo was their closest friend, and the only one Tommy told about the abuse he went through.

The surface was a place full of pretty animals and plants that were unseen in the ocean. There were butterflies, flowers, huge trees, and colorful birds. They were nearly mythical to look at, so different from even the corals and kelp of the water.
There were also land monsters.
...Tommy had never been fortunate enough to see a land monster. Not until oil turned the sea black and his family sick, and when he thought he may never see the creatures of infamous myths, did they finally show themselves.

Tommy Danger Kraken Innet(which was totally his real name) was just a normal, human civilian who worked two jobs just to get by with rent. There was nothing special about him, besides the fact that he had healing powers. Nowadays, any kind of healing was an extremely rare power by itself, let alone wielded by a teenage human.
It's not like it mattered that he could heal illnesses, wounds, and scars, that was totally one hundo percent normal for all other healers to be able to do too... Tommy just had to hide his powers because whenever a healer's magic was revealed, they were bound to be drafted into the hero organization, willingly or not, no matter the age . He didn't want to go b- use his powers for stuck up people like the hero agency organization company or whatever they decided to call themselves...
Or
Tommy is a supposedly human boy with healing powers and has to deal with hiding them from the world. He’s just trying to get by, how hard could it be to pay rent?
Or
Tommy is traumatized and is 99% sure he’s a human and has healing powers, he becomes temporarily homeless and gets snatched up by sbi after he almost dies

Scar's son was kidnapped by a family friend ten years ago, and has been dragged through anarchy servers and the ever mysterious Dream SMP, scar had joined Hermit craft shortly after his disappearance, but had yet to tell anyone but Xisuma about his son, still holding out for the hope that he would be found.
Tommy was raised by the Angel of death, the Blood God and a mentally unstable musician. He had seen war and pain and even the other side. he had mended his relation with Tubbo after exile and even married (platonically) him and Ranboo. with Dream in prison, they had begun to reestablish a connection with worlds outside their small server. he was there as Ranboo finally saw his mothers again, He was at Tubbo's side as he reunited with his little sister. Both sides had welcomed him into the family with open arms and, though they'd decided to stay in Snow Chester while their families visited occasionally, he felt like this was it.
then the letter came, Hermitcraft scrawled on the back.
