Summary
The figure was in a black body suit, dark blue accents lining down the arms and up to the fingertips, a stylised bird on the chest. The uniform had tears in it, small cuts in the strong fabric on the arms, legs and chest, but as far as Tim could tell the blood was dry, the dirt equally as set.
Nightwing still wasn’t moving, his eyes staring into nothing, and if he hadn’t been sitting up unaided by the back of the couch, Tim might have thought him dead. His chest was barely expanding with any breaths, his body almost completely still as if frozen in place.
Tim knelt in front of him, exaggerating his every move before setting a hand on Nightwing’s knee. Nightwing did not so much as flinch and as Tim reached up, easing off the domino mask, Dick stared right through him.

Summary
This was not how their night was supposed to go. Bruce had planned on showing up at a charity event with Dick and Damian, doing some small talk, giving smiles and shaking hand, and then going back to the manor to spend the night with Tim, who was recovering from a patrol injury.
And now he’s locked up with his eldest, imprisoned by a woman who is holding Damian in a secondary location, threatening to hurt him if he doesn’t hurt the person she calls his “fake son”.
With no way to escape, he has to comply. He has to hope help will come. He has to hope Dick will hold on long enough. He has to hope he won’t believe a word of the things she says.

Thankfully, he didn't fall the full height, but it was still enough to give him a few more injuries than a just bullet wound to worry about.
Unfortunately, he doesn't get a whole lot of time to worry about much anything at all, because before he can even try to get to his feet a pair of hands grab him by the shoulders and heft him up. Dick groans through clenched teeth as he's dragged to his feet, finding himself held up between two beefy thugs with his hands bodily held behind his back.
Shit. Shit. Not good. Not good at all.

“Jason—” Tim's flailing hands were caught and secured behind his back.
“No,” Jason snapped. “You’re exhausted. You're going to get yourself killed.”
“What are you doing?” Tim’s voice was strained with desperation. His thrashing was getting weaker and that alone was evidence enough that Jason had made the right decision.
“I’m putting you down for a nap,” Jason said, throwing him bodily onto the bed. “Since you’re apparently incapable of taking care of yourself.”
“Stop it,” Tim said, scrambling to the other end of the bed. “This isn’t funny, Jason.”
“I’m not laughing.” Jason caught him by the ankle and yanked him back. Sprawled on his back beneath Jason, Tim twisted in vain.
In one large hand, Jason caught Tim’s wrists and pulled them up above his head. Before Tim could so much as blink, Jason had locked a pair of cuffs around his bony wrists and looped them through the headboard.
“Jay? What—” Tim jerked against the restraints, panic leaking into his voice.
“Shh,” Jason said firmly, brushing a thumb over Tim’s cheek. “I know. But you’re tired, baby bird. You need to rest.”
Or, Tim's not been taking care of himself. Jason is determined to do something about it.
