The war rages on, again.
Everyone seems able to carry the burden of another war just fine. Or so it appears.
Katara can’t seem to find a moment to catch her breath, always weighed down by not only what is before her, but also her past. Her carefully crafted walls are crumbling everytime they get news of another scorched village.
What makes it all worse is that she can’t seem to separate the cruel man detonating everything in his path to the one she thought she knew.

Katara breaks things off with Aang after feeling like she's been living in his shadow for the last few years. She goes on her own journey to find herself and spend time with those she cares about the most.
After staying in Ba Sing Se for a few months, she decides to go to the fire nation to see her best friend, Zuko. She quickly realizes that she has formed complicated feelings for Zuko over the years and due to that, she also realizes that is one of the main reasons why she didn't visit the fire nation for so long.
