Whumptober Day 20 - Found Family
Living with Hank had been presented to Connor as a temporary arrangement, but as time went on he forgot that. When Hank says that Connor can't keep sleeping on his couch forever, he realizes his time is up. It happened sooner than Connor expected, but he should have known that he'd overstayed his welcome. He had to leave, even if it was the only place that had ever felt like home.

A purr erupted out of her, and he quickly forgot about the case they were working at the moment. Gently picking her up and allowing her to settle down, he left to find the Lieutenant. He needed to show him his new friend.

Claustrophobia was a common fear among humans and androids alike. But all the sensations they hated - the walls pressing in, cramped and with barely enough room to move - Connor took comfort in. After all, with walls on all sides but one he could face any danger head-on.
Unfortunately, Hank disagrees with that logic when he finds Connor bleeding all over his closet.
