After the Battle of Endor, Ahsoka and Captain Rex had married. They continued to travel with Luke Skywalker, Gregor, Wolffe, and Lor San Tekka to explore Ahch-to and found it to be highly significant to the future understanding of the Force. Over time, clone colonies and like minded friends built colonies on select continents on the planet. They have also constructed listening posts carefully concealed on near by planets to alert them of any intrusions. This is why Luke was not too surprised about Rey's appearance on Ahch-To.

The wrong Jedi Master volunteers for the task force assigned to arrest the True Mandalorians on Galidraan, dramatically reshaping the future.
Six months into the Clone Wars, the 501st experiences total losses on Teth, save for one clone Captain, kidnapped by a Sith who really didn't think this through.
You're not supposed to sleep with the enemy, constantly, and in nearly every way possible. It's unprofessional and possibly treason, though this really wasn't covered in any part of Rex's training on Kamino. In his defense, he's under house arrest with an insatiable Sith Togruta who has decided that he is hers,
and he is increasingly on board with it.He's fairly certain you're not supposed to develop feelings for a Sith, let alone a Sith who is holding you captive and bringing you gifts...like a cat.
He's very certain that you aren't supposed to meet your girlfriend's Sith-Dad with your pants half off.
Cody is going to kill him if he ever sees him again. Will Rex even want to return to his brothers when Ahsoka lets him go?

Canon Divergence AU:Ahsoka didn’t leave the Jedi order, because Rex stopped her that night when she was planning to. Now, something switched in Rex’s head, seemingly out of nowhere, and it’s leaving Ahsoka reeling to catch up. Especially since he’s being such an overbearingly possessive shitstick about all of it through the force, it’s driving her up a damn wall.
Now, she’s being asked to do an undercover mission after her most recent heat cycle, which also hasn’t helped as Rex is just projecting want at her through the force, without acting on it, she’s going to kill him. Anakin is being too protective, Ahsoka offers up the idea of having someone with her, that someone being Rex, ya know, for backup. She just needs to get the clone to stop fucking with her head and her heart or she may just cut his dick off.
Can things be mended well enough before this mission goes off?Or is there just bound to be a rift now?
Explicit, felt like writing something really raunchy once it gets going. Porn with plot and I can’t be bothered to sit and finish one story, no I must start and write like five at once.

The door to the barracks suddenly flies open, slams into the wall, and Anakin sprints in. His eyes are wide and wild and he looks utterly horrified. “He escaped,” he gasps out, stopping and leaning against one of the bunks.
“What?” Ahsoka frowns, not understanding. “Who? Master, I don’t--”
“Palpatine,” and Anakin holds out a handheld holoprojector. The holo plays, showing the former Chancellor being escorted from his cell by a guard, past the perimeter of the Force-block, and then there’s a flash of lightning and the holo goes dark.
Ahsoka swears. “But that means--”
“We have to do something,” and he looks so sick.
