Summary

Which is all fine and good, Jyn is flexible, but she could deal with less scrutiny into her relationship with a certain serious spy. Cassian and her are friends, and that's the end of that. There's no future for either of them beyond this war and they both know it. Being practical is just part of being a soldier.

Katara felt all the hair on the back of her neck rise when he made eye contact with her. She knew those eyes no matter how much she tried to forget them.
In the past few days, he had found a way to sink to a new low in Katara's eyes. It was one thing for Zuko to create a fake life in a remote Earth Kingdom village, and it was completely another thing to become a common criminal. Katara didn't care what kind of explanation he would come up with.
She had people to heal, and Zuko's drunken, thieving antics would not get in her way. That was easy to say. Even though she wanted to leave him alone, she couldn't.

Summary
It was a brilliant plan, all things considered.
On paper and in the eyes of the public, they were a charming if oddly mismatched couple who somehow found love despite their differences. A fairy tale come to life, sighed the more romantic members of Ba Sing Se society.
So it was almost a shame that Katara's courtship with Prince Zuko was ultimately nothing more than an act - otherwise, they might have been a perfect match, if not the perfect partners in crime.

Summary
Three years passed between the Avatar being found and the fall of Ba Sing Se. Aang was fifteen years old when Princess Azula struck him down in the Crystal Caves. Taking his body - Katara, Sokka, Toph, and Suki escaped to the Northern Water Tribe where they started the long process of recovery.
In an act of desperation, Chief Arnook made a treaty with Fire Lord Ozai. A marriage between a Prince and Princess, which guaranteed safety for the Water Tribe, and security and for the Fire Nation - as Ozai didn't believe that the Avatar was truly dead. But he wouldn't lay waste to the Fire Nation and risk hurting his friend.

They ask her to stay on the inside and feed them information as she is a high-ranking officer with access to Orson Krennic who sees her as the daughter he never had. Her contact is a man called Fulcrum and he doesn't seem to like or trust her.
