They never expected to hold the fate of the world in their hands.When Niki, Wilbur, Sapnap, and Tubbo are suddenly pulled from their normal lives to help defeat a returning super powered menace, they are anything but prepared. They are even less prepared when they are told they all have powers, which make them nearly the most powerful beings in the world. Nearly because the super powered menace -Dream- was, to put it simply, really OP. Now it’s a race against the clock to gain control of their powers and grow strong enough to defeat Dream before the whole world falls to his tyranny. Oh, and George is there too.
Or: a DSMP AU in which Niki, Wilbur, Tubbo, and Sapnap find out they’re the latest in a line of elemental heroes, and have to stop Dream from taking over the world while dealing with dead family, traumatic memories, and a whole lot of unanswered questions.
Rated Teen for swearing, minor character death, implied/referenced child abuse, and British Streamers in general.

“Just hang on, Theseus.” Tubbo’s hands shook as he hung from the window, slowly inching his way down. The bracelet jangled against his skin, catching on some of the ties. “I’m on my way!” Tubbo hit the grass, softly, with the tips of his feet.
Technoblade had showed him how to fall silently, the same blank expression as his hand had waved. It had trembled and Tubbo had pretended not to notice. If Tubbo had anything to say about it, Technoblade would never be sad about Theseus again.
Tubbo set off into the woods, backpack bobbing. He needed to get some serious ground in before the sun rose, or he’d get dragged right back.
He took a sharp, cold breath. For Theseus, Tubbo could do anything.

Theseus was the son of the god Phil and the youngest brother of godly twins Technoblade and Wilbur. Ten years ago, he vanished without a trace. Bonded from their friendship, Tubbo always insisted Theseus was alive, even with no other proof than his own surety.

Summary
Tubbo’s dagger catches against the guard’s sword, forcing the two into a standstill. Tubbo stares at him through narrowed eyes before looking behind him. There, the prince stands, frozen in place as he watches the two boys try and force the other into an opening, the clashing sound of metal blades filling the air. The guard, Tommy, catches his gaze and twists his head around, cerulean eyes gleaming with irritation. He curses under his breath.
“Ranboo, you idiot," Tommy yells. "Stop just standing there and go get backup!” Ranboo snaps out of his stupor with a nod, taking one last glimpse at Tubbo before running out of the room.
Tubbo knows when to pick his battles. With one swift movement, he breaks the impasse he’d been in with the blonde guard. His opponent's eyes widen with surprise as Tubbo leaps out the window, hand raised in one final mocking salute.
His father is not going to be pleased.
Or: Tubbo is an assassin sent on a mission to kill Prince Ranboo, who's fiercely protected by his guard, Tommy. But with each failed attempt Tubbo slowly learns more about the two boys, and is forced to confront the idea of whether if the path of an assassin is truly the one he's meant to follow.
