Such an opportunity would be a dream come true, and it was for our protagonist, but this gift came with a few strings attached. he will also come to realize that living in a fantasy world that holds lots of monsters, demons, and gods that want to kill you isn't actually that fun to be in especially for someone who has a mind of an anxious oddball

Shortly before the events of Silksong, a player finds his life turned upside down when he one day awakens in the depths of the Abyss, having been transformed into a Void Entity. Although shocked and confused at first, he quickly realizes that this is a golden opportunity to change the fate of an entire kingdom, and thus he dons the name Echo and forges a pact with an all-to-familiar God of Void. From there, he sets off on his own journey, meeting faces old and new and trying to make the most of this new lease on life while hopefully NOT royally screwing everything up just by existing...
But in response to a new piece on the board, the game adapts itself. New truths are revealed, the story shifts, and Echo's journey may end up drastically impacting the future of far more than just one familiar princess and a kingdom of silk and song....

An alternative universe of Tensura, following Karia, a girl who suddenly finds herself in the world of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. She knows this world—or at least, she thought she did. Having watched and read part of the series, Karia knows about Rimuru, the events that are supposed to happen, and some of the dangers waiting ahead.
There's just one problem: this isn't quite the world she remembers.
As Karia explores this strange new world, she discovers that her existence here wasn't random. With no idea what she really is or why she was brought here, she'll have to grow stronger, make friends, uncover the truth about herself, and somehow survive without getting dragged too deeply into the story she already knows.The story begins slightly before Rimuru's and continues alongside his journey. Canon events will happen, but they won't usually be the main focus. This is Karia's story, with plenty of original characters, locations, adventures, mysteries, and plotlines.
Expect an OC-focused story that will probably change as I improve as a writer. This is my first fanfic, written for fun and to practice my English, so if you have ideas or criticism, feel free to comment—just please be nice.

* Or: Kris gets to start a New Game for themselves and Player loses most of the control over them. Unfortunately, they have not a single idea what to do about it. They'll try to do something anyway.
