Dawg look at my deliverer shipping himself with Mydeimos we’re cookedIt’s enough for him to click on his Weaver account in a frenzied panic, scroll to the settings, and click “delete”—mashing all the buttons, captchas, and “deletes” until he finally sees the “This account no longer exists” on his page.
“Oh my god,” he mutters, heart racing. He chucks his teleslate on his bed and flops back down.
(In which Phainon, an idol, attempts to run a fan account shipping himself with his childhood best friend, Mydeimos—another idol.)

The two paused in their preparations. Mydei blinked up at Phainon’s sudden changed appearance, taking in the bright gold eyes and divine power bursting underneath his skin. That was fairly normal at this point, however …
“Phainon,” Mydei said slowly, turning to stare up at the blood red sky, and feeling the sensation of cosmic smoke curdling in his lungs. “What are we doing in hell?”
Or, in a post Era Nova world, Mydei and Phainon attempt to do the deed as they settle into their happily ever after. Multiple times, in fact. If only Phainon could stop departing them to his pocket dimension of a realm whenever they tried.

Phainon can't kill himself. Mydeimos made sure of that by tying all the fates of the captive Chrysos Heirs to his continued survival. And Phainon couldn't let any more of them die, not after he failed to protect them in the first place.
Now he's forced to exist with a man who has suddenly shifted the way he's been treating his 'Deliverer' and it's all Phainon can do to preserve what little bits of his sanity he has left.
And then Mydeimos brings Aedes Elysiae into the mix.
