Alex blinked. After two weeks of hearing nothing but the voices of snooty men and frazzled secretaries calling in, the person on the other line now sounded decidedly neither snooty nor male nor in any way adult.
It was a little girl.
"Mr. Fox-Mountchristen's unfortunately in a meeting right now,” Alex began slowly, “but I could take a message?"
"Oh." The girl paused. "You're not Mr. Hunter."
Alex starts a new job as Henry's new assistant. Henry's daughter keeps calling the office and leaving him messages.

A deep, calm voice with a British accent came through Alex’s headset: “This is Military One, requesting emergency landing.”
Alex perked up. Oh. That sounded like fun.
The tower responded immediately: “All runways are full. Stand by.”
Wait—what? Were they seriously about to bump him from landing so some military-sounding mystery jet could cut in line?
Before thinking it through (which was really more of a hobby than a habit), Alex keyed the mic: “Wait, hold up—I was next to land!”
The Brit came back, smooth and smug: “Yes, well, we’re military. You’ll have to wait.”
Excuse you?Or Alex is a commercial pilot and Henry is flying for the military. They meet over communication channels.

Prompt #1: Imagine Lord John back in VA but was ill. William is worried; sends word to the Ridge for Claire to come check in on him. Jamie (aching to see son & worried about John) & Bree w/ Mac family decide to go as well (aching to see brother and Lord J).
Prompt #2: William and Brianna w/ Roger and her kids, either in France or England, after the Revolutionary War is won. Maybe Brianna designs a system for piping water in one of William’s country residences, which becomes the talk of the town? And maybe she writes about it to her parents?

Faith Fraser always knew she was adopted, but she never knew who her biological parents were. Not until Ellen passes away and leaves a letter to each of her children. In the letter addressed to Faith, Ellen confesses to Jamie being the lass’ real father. How will Faith cope with the news that her brother is in fact her father?
How will Jamie cope now that Claire is back and now holds even more anger and resentment towards him?
Will they be able to all find their way back to one another and be the family they were truly supposed to be?
