Summary
Something in Seungmin’s gut told him he was forgetting a very important detail, but he shoved that aside to try and find his phone. Clearly, he was in a car crash – that much was obvious – and he needed to call for help, call Jisung, someone. He can’t let Jisung worry about him, and can’t just wither away on the side of the street. He refused to die in such a shitty way as that.

Summary
"Take care, Chan," Minho lifts a hand up in farewell.
"You too, both of you. Good luck tomorrow and stay safe."
"We always do," Seungmin jokes, but Chan's smile falters. It's a slight thing, but Seungmin's trained to notice the smallest changes in facial expressions. The uneasy feeling from earlier bubbles in his stomach, dark and heavy.
A warm hand places itself on his shoulder and squeezes. Seungmin lets Minho steer him out with his hand that slides to rest on the small of his back.
Seungmin has a mission to worry about right now. He can't afford to waver.

But when Seungmin suffers a devastating concussion that takes away his memories, Changbin is faced with the one thing he never imagined losing, the person who knew him best forgetting him completely.
Determined to bring back the memories they shared, Changbin takes Seungmin through the moments that made them who they are, hoping that somewhere between old traditions, forgotten laughter, and a childhood promise, Seungmin will find his way back to him.

Summary
“Fuck. Lix!” Seungmin dives down, wrapping his arms around him and launching them both under the dining table. The expensive vase Hyunjin gifted him for his birthday tilts from the countertop and shatters across the tile.
“What the hell,” Felix whispers, barely heard over the entire building shaking from left to right and up and down. He curls more into Seungmin. He tries to drown out the creaking of the walls and the sound of furniture slamming into each other. “What the fuck.”
“It’ll die down soon.” Seungmin grits.
And then the floor caves in.

Summary
Gently, Minho runs a hand through Seungmin's hair. "But Seungmin, I'm here. You can't ever lose me-"
"Eliminated." Seungmin recoils from the gunshot, even though he's the one who pulls the trigger. "When you were eliminated on the show. And I--" Choking on a sob, Seungmin obliterates scarred palm lines with nails, and closes his eyes tightly to fight burning tears. "I couldn't fucking do anything-"

Summary
Kim Seungmin was dead.
He was dead. Irreversibly so. As dead as one can be. He was dead.
He was dead, and Hyunjin had been a guest at his funeral. In fact, there had been over three hundred people there, and even the press had participated. It had been a big funeral, but Hyunjin thought Seungmin would have deserved bigger. Something grand. Something that their little town would never forget.
But if Kim Seungmin was dead, then why did Hyunjin keep seeing him in the reflections?

Summary
Closing his laptop and placing it next to him on the bed, Seungmin keeps his left wrist in front of his face as he shifts on his bed, leaning back to rest his head on his pillow.
78… 77… 76… 74.
74.
…
74.
Letting his arm fall onto the bed with a soft thud, he closes his eyes against the pinprick of unease in his throat. It’s not his heart rate causing this. Of course it isn’t; it’s fine right now. Completely normal.
But that’s the problem, isn’t it? So many times, it’s just… normal.
Fine. No issue, nothing to write home about.
Normal.

Summary
There's a spectrum. Two extreme points. Hyunjin, on one side, who sweats five buckets on a good day. Seungmin, on the other, whom makeup stylists love and cherish for being the complete opposite. The others fall somewhere in between.
People sweat to regulate their body temperature.
Guess who has it worse on the hottest day of the year, during a concert.
(“Yes, Hyunjin looked worse. No, he is not passed out on the floor like Seungmin is right now.”)

Summary
Seungmin picks up the book and drops it in the dresser drawer, before laying down in his bed.
He’s just keeping it in case someone is looking for it. That’s all.
After all, how much can a stupid old book do? Nothing, all it does is sit there and give off bad vibes. Right..?
