And those were only the times in which they truly coupled. There were others, brief moments stolen in dark corners, senseless rutting and stifled moans, wandering hands and whispered promises. A hundred little instances that stacked and toppled into Fingolfin’s fall from grace.

In the tenth year of the Trojan War, the Achaeans receive reinforcements from their homelands. During the welcome banquet, one of the newly arrived kings, Schedius, son of Iphitus, leader of the Phocians, publicly humiliates Patroclus by calling him "Achilles’ pórnoi", as it is said in Hellas. His whore.
Deipyrus, the young therapon of another of the newly arrived kings, on the other hand, finds Patroclus a man worthy of admiration and respect. And perhaps something more.

Summary
Leon would like it recorded that he is not a snoop. He doesn't enjoy poking around in other people's business. It's just that being head knight comes with lots of responsibilities and that includes making sure that the other knights stay in line. So when he watches the worst prankster of the group of ragtag knights try to slyly sneak out of the castle he does the only thing he can think to do, follow.
