He's tired. Derek doesn't know if it's the smoke or if it's letting go of everything that makes him weary down to his bones. It makes it easier to lay there, for the wolf under his skin to settle down and give in.
The smoke is thick now, and his bedroom door is ringed with the light of the fire. Derek closes his eyes and waits. Part of him wants to fight the smoke so he'll feel the flames. It's what he deserves. It's what he's always deserved.
There's a splintering crash outside his door. Derek thinks maybe the building is giving in. It's a shitty old apartment complex that barely cost him a dime to rent. It doesn’t surprise him.
"Hello? Beacon Hills Fire Department! Is anyone here!?" A voice shouts over the flames and Derek thinks, no. He wills them to go away, to just leave him.Bookmarked by Selnightshade

"Well, Well, Well." A familiar voice crooned in front of her as shock start to fill her stomach with dread. Dib didn't dare look up from her fallen figure as she hears light footsteps heading towards her way. The footsteps stop as the same voice snicker down at her.
"To think that the only scientist that we kidnapped in that filthy planet was none other than Dib Membrane." The voice speaks as if she was just a dumb child. Dib didn't say anything to respond to the voice. The voice growled and three claws roughly grabbed her face and forced her to look up at the owner of the voice.

Again, the girl gives thinly veiled threats and speaks with self-importance. Sansa has learned many lessons from the Lannisters, mainly from Cersei Lannister. However, this time, she thinks she'll take a lesson from Joffrey instead. Sometimes, you can teach a lesson without ever speaking a word.

Myranda mouths off, so Sansa teaches her a lesson.
