Summary
Spock does everything else but face what happened on the Class H planet with Kirk, until he is forced into a unique situation with his captain, where alas, he must face it.
Based on the season 7 episode of TNG “Attached" but what if it was Kirk and Spock instead of Bev and Picard? There is some direct dialogue from that episode.
Would encourage you to read “What Took You So Long, Mr. Spock?” first because you will get hella spoiled for that one here if you don’t.

Sanji could hear the laughs and joyful shouts of the crew echoing from up ahead celebrating their victory and Moria’s defeat. They were close. He surged forward again, shouting-
“CHOPPER!”
If you had told him even hours ago that he would be carrying his injured nemesis on his back, screaming for help, and genuinely worried, he would have laughed.

After Kuma leaves Thriller Bark, the crew is left trying to heal and to pick up the broken pieces of their first-mate. Post Thriller Bark mainly from Sanji and Nami’s POV. Later chapters include additional adventures and Zoro POV.

Summary
Before Sanji could turn around, the sharp sword came down, fabric ripped with a sharp shrrk, his black shirt splitting clean across the back from shoulder blade to waist. He didn't feel it, didn't care. Mid-spin, he launched another Collier Shoot, smoke curling from his lips.
But the crew saw.
Zoro caught it first, mid-swing—three swords pausing a beat too long. Black ink? Swirling lines, intricate as some ancient tattoo, peeking through the shredded cloth. Not some dumb heart or skull. Something dark spread across his entire shoulder blades. He shook it off, bellowed "Oi, cook! Eyes front!" but his gaze flicked back.
or; The crew finds out Sanji has a tattoo dedicated to each of them except for Zoro.

In moments like these, Nami is reminded of their reality, considering it as she often did when she was under the thumb of Arlong and his scummy pirate crew. She would think about how she was just a child. Nami would wonder what normal children her age would do when presented with her situation. She wondered if she was allowed to sit and cry and panic, hoping for someone to come help. And now, as she nears the top of the ladder, the muffled sounds of crying becoming louder, she wonders if anyone had ever let any of them just cry.

Fresh off the battleground, Nami is feeling concerned, Zoro is feeling a little raw, and Sanji is being a diva.
