Honestly, he’d underestimated just how much there was going to be. Four loaves of different breads line the counter, golden crusts still warm. Beside them, maybe thirty muffins in varying shades, more trays of cookies in different shapes and sizes, and two perfect loaves of banana bread, speckled with a white chocolate top. The oven is still on, a soft glow coming from inside where something else bakes. A couple more trays sit on the counter uncooked, waiting their turn. And then there’s Dennis.
He stands at the counter mixing something in a large metal bowl, sleeves of one of Robby’s navy hoodies rolled up to his elbows. The sweatpants he wears sit low on his hips, grey and soft with wear.
Or: Dennis Whitaker bakes when he’s stressed and Robby loves banana bread.

Summary
Sore, aching hurt blooms, fresh and angry, and Dennis pulls back his hand with a sharp hiss just as the curtains rattle and Jack sweeps into the room.
His handsome face is already set in a scowl and he honestly looks kind of pissed off, but then his gaze finds where Dennis’ hand lingers against his abused throat and it gets so much worse.
“What the fuck?” Jack hisses and stalks over.
OR;
Dennis gets a little bit strangled during Street and is positive he's ruining date night no matter what Trinity says. Jack and Robby reacts accordingly.

Immediately, Dennis was blushing again. Hard. Anything that previously came out of Robby’s mouth was tame compared to this charged tension in the room that Robby wasn’t even in. How did he always seem to do that?
Before Dennis could open his mouth to respond, Robby chuckled and asked, “Have you been holding back from me, Whitaker?”

The first time Robby called Dennis on his sabbatical, Dennis didn't think much of it. That was until he kept calling, and Dennis always kept answering. Before he knew it, Dennis was calling him, and shit. He was in a talking stage with his boss.

“You celebrating Valentine’s with your old men?” Trinity asks Dennis as they sit in the couch and watching some sitcom.
Dennis stays silent and bites his lip.
Do I even have a place to celebrate such occasion with a married couple? Dennis thinks to himself as he continues watching the sitcom while Trinity looks at him in confusion.
Dennis has been sleeping with the married couple, Jack and Robby for almost 7 months now. It consists of them having dinner, having sex and Dennis leaving in the middle of the night and the two old men don’t even chase after him. It was obvious, he had no place in the relationship.
Or; It’s almost Valentine’s Day and Dennis has been dreading it. He figures he’s going to spend the day alone anyway.

TEMPORARY HIATUS WHILE I FIXATE ON OTHER FICS ! (I’m sorry it’s a WIP I promise!)
Dennis is assaulted by a patient.
3 days, a grade 3 concussion, 2 broken ribs, broken nose, and brain surgery later Dennis is allowed to go home with round the clock care, the only problem is at Santos’ apartment there’s nobody to watch him.
Obviously Robby and Jack step in. Their alternate schedules mean Robby can watch him at night and Jack can watch him during the day.
The question is if Dennis can handle the two older, MARRIED, men, and if he’ll get better after the severe beating he took.All this with a side of religious trauma and being afraid to disappoint god with his indiscretions, how will Dennis manage?
