Strange things have been happening around Astro lately.

The year is 1998. The Circus Troupe had been introduced to the animated Dandy's World show a couple years prior, with children fascinated by the three characters: Looey, Yatta, and Blot.
Delilah had little to no trouble with the balloon and piñata's creations, yet.. Blot took a good while to get supplies for.
But this year, they finally had the means of bringing the mime to life, completing the trio for the visitors of Gardenview.
Surely, the mime could enjoy Gardenview and life just as much as their Toon peers.
