Forced into wedlock with the man who bested him, Aerion has to battle with his own guilt and rage, as well as the budding emotions building up between him and his foe.

Frank growled under his breath, his fingers curling into a fist as he yanked harder. His entire body was engaged now, legs braced, veins bulging in his forearm. It didn’t matter. The substance gave for a fraction of a second before snapping back, jerking Matt a step closer toward him. Matt quickly got his footing again as his anger began to raise.
“Stop pulling, Frank. It’s not helping!” Matt’s tone was level but firm, even as his own arm tensed involuntarily from the strain.

His shirt-sleeve rides down with the motion, and Foggy can see dark marks, ringed around his wrist, almost circular, as if someone had grabbed him there, dug their fingers in.

What started out as a simple case turns into a catastrophe as a former Stark Industries employee attempts to ruin the Avengers lives by targeting Bucky.
Unfortunately, Nelson Murdock and Page get caught in the middle of it.
Along the way The Avengers grow to care for their new lawyers, even growing worried for their blind, seemingly always injured new friend.
Or, the Avengers hire Nelson Murdock and Page Attorneys at law, while they’re working the case the Avengers start caring abt the three of them. Then they notice Matt keeps getting hurt and showing up to work injured and they get concerned. They get even more concerned when they find out he has a boyfriend.
Meanwhile Matt has zero self preservation skills and Frank is Trying His Best™

Summary
Sequel to the canon-divergent and early-Zuko-join fic "Catalyst," "Catastrophe" starts at the beginning of book 3 and follows the Gaang through to Day of Black Sun. Zuko continues to wrestle with his feelings toward the Fire Nation, his family, his friends, Katara, and the war as the time for the invasion arrives, and what it means to finally be “good.” Along the way, Team Avatar comes across friends and enemies, mentors and masters, and not all will escape unscathed.
This story hopes to explore themes introduced previously in both "Catalyst" and canon, as well as some darker material relative to the show. If you are okay with the maturity and violence in "Catalyst," you should be fine here as well.
Chapters will be released weekly with few exceptions, if any. Feedback, both positive and negative, is welcome via PM or public comment. Enjoy.
