Or.... Wile E. Coyote gets Pregnant with Road Runner thanks to some pills that makes two cartoons have children, to Baby Trap him and finally capture him.... but it actually works and now the Road Runner is taking good care of him
Or.... Coyote got pregnant, Roadie decides to take responsibility and take care of his mate, mate that he dated for 78 years without Wile knowing

Something was up with Road Runner.
Wile E. has been chasing after that bird - his friend - long enough to know when everything is not at all like it normally is. Usually, Wile E. spots Road Runner somewhere in the distance, sets a trap for the blue-feathered menace, Road Runner foils said trap, and Wile E. goes without getting his teeth into the bird.
Throw in a few seconds of Road Runner staying in one place just long enough to say “Meep Meep,” and blow a raspberry at Wile E. before skeedaddling off again, and you’ve basically got his whole working week.
Except, this week is different.

Wile E. Coyote has a problem, a small, grey, rabbit shaped problem. Lately, the only thing on his brilliant mind seems to be his costar Bugs Bunny. He’s constantly thinking of him, dreaming of him, and fantasizing about him. The feelings intensify when they’re partnered together for an upcoming project, which has them spending time together again.
Wile E. isn’t used to feeling this strongly about anyone. It’s exciting, exhilarating, even maddening. The amount of time and energy spent put towards this infatuation may all be for naught. Or maybe, just maybe, the object of his affections feels the same way.

After the coyote’s lawsuit, there were major changes in the desert. One of them was the relationship between Wile and the Road Runner. During the morning and throughout the afternoon, they would spend their time chasing each other; at night, when the night sky appeared, Wile and the Road Runner would meet among the desert mountain ranges, where they would spend their time gazing at the stars together.
The other change was the Road Runner’s protection, as thousands of ACME trucks had been coming in and out of the desert over the past few days. While the Coyote slept, the Road Runner enjoyed tipping them over; but why were they passing through there? He thought they would never talk, Viktor thought that too.
“About?” He looked confused and scared. Viktor wanted to comfort him that he doesn’t want their marriage back. That he can date as much as his heart content. The anger is reeling its head back, ugly and twisted in his stomach.
