Summary
Shane's breath catches, and he muffles the sound with his hand. Everything feels like too much. He’s naked, and he can feel entirely too much on his body, inside his body, and he hates how it's starting to feel gross. His head is pounding, and he can't even focus on placating his mind when his lungs are also screaming in his throat for breath.
Ilya hears, and his hands reach out to hold Shane, tension lying in every part of his body. “Shane—”
“Don't touch me,” Shane snaps, more desperation than yelling as he rips his arm out of Ilyas's grasp. His tears have nowhere to go now, and they finally spill over, hot and humiliating, down his cheeks.
Ilya freezes in place, hand hovering mid-air. A myriad of emotions flicker across his face: confusion, hurt, fear. Ilya takes an unconscious step back like someone shoved him. His body curls in on itself, trying to make himself appear smaller.
He looks... terrified. Like, Shane just called him a monster, and he believes it.
OR: inspired by the fight in the long game when ilya had told shane he could have sex with other men because he did not believe in cheating.

Summary
All Gwaine wanted was to find out Merlin's last name. He wasn't expecting to get caught up in assassinations and intrigue, in prophecy and fate, or in a silent war that had apparently been going on since before he came to Camelot.
With witch-finders and sorcerers of unknown loyalties running through the halls of Camelot, will Gwaine's own past make or break his friendships... especially when Merlin's biggest secret is revealed?
Truths will come to light. Brotherhoods will be tested. And, in the end, will anyone's secrets be safe?

Summary
“Merlin, what is in your hair?” Gaius asks - rather judgmentally, Merlin thinks. It’s not as though Gaius can turn into a bird, making his opinion irrelevant. Everyone’s opinions shall now be irrelevant to him unless they can turn into birds, he decides. He puts a hand to his hair and feels a leaf.
(So this is a very canon-inaccurate sort of re-telling, with some big divergences, minus a dragon or prophecy or two)

Summary
“His majesty hardly spared me a glance on our wedding night, so it cannot be that I am ugly," Wei Ying shakily says. “He does not even know how I look like. Or is my build not graceful or slender enough? What exactly is so wrong with me?”
The First Prince, Lan Xichen, sighs. “You will soon find that in this palace, we do not ask questions.”
“No, we are sent away instead, to die a lonely death,” Wei Ying laughs sorely. But with that very thought, he rips off his red wedding veil, the last thing tethering him to the emperor, and vows angrily under his breath, “But know this: I will live more than well.”
Or, Wei Ying is wed to emperor Lan Wangji in order to save the Gusu Lan empire. But instead of the blissful marriage he was promised, he is spurned and sent to the cold palace—until a chance encounter changes his fate.

Summary
Lan Zhan doesn’t think about him anymore.
The days when he would obsess over every tiny work Wei Ying appeared in are long gone. His days of buying every magazine he was in, of taping his interviews and watching them over and over again just to get a piece of the real him, they’re all over. Lan Zhan doesn’t follow every project Wei Ying is a part of anymore, doesn’t try to find out if Wei Ying ever mentioned him anywhere, and doesn’t keep the TV on just in case he hears Wei Ying’s voice in a new commercial.
He has weeks, and even months, when Wei Ying doesn’t even cross his mind at all. And when he does, it is only with a faded kind of fondness, a simmering affection to the memories they shared together.
He’s happy for the things Wei Ying achieved. There is almost no hurt at all, almost no pain. And almost must be just as good as none.
-
Lan Zhan's world is turned upside down when his High School love, famous actor Wei Wuxian, comes back to their hometown after 13 years.
