Summary
First off, the ocean's haunted.
That's very important.
Once upon a time when Cesar was still on land, his mother told him all about the spirits that lived on the water. There are the ghosts, of course, and their ships that sail under the full moon. Sea monsters that live in the deepest parts of the ocean and drag sailors to their dooms. Sirens that take on the appearance of one's deepest desires.
Worst of all aren't even the monsters: they're the pirates.
And now Cesar's stuck on a boat with some of the weirdest pirates he's ever had the misfortune of knowing.

Summary
Doied knew that laugh. He’d heard it from adults all his life, other people his age, his cursed twin brother. Roier was always the worst of it. He’d always say he meant nothing of it, but Doied knew he did. He always did. He inhaled deeply through his nose and scribbled down on a paper on his clipboard.
It was a complaints sheet.
“Complaint number one: Personal guard is fucking weird. Make him shut up.”
He unclipped the page and handed it to Felps, eyes narrowed. Felps only snorted and crumpled it into a ball. “You’ll do fine here. Start taking notes, six eyes.” He teased, tossing the paper ball away.
— — —
Doied is sent to do research on the prisoners at Alcatraz, and he seems to catch the attention of one of them, quick. He doesn't know whether to feel blessed or cursed. He just wants to go home.

Summary
"...hello?"
Charlie immediately cursed himself and stepped back from the stairs, his hand being drawn up unconsciously to cover his mouth. What was he, a horror movie protagonist? Not even the protagonist, that was the kind of thing someone did before they died in the opening scene, before the title screen had even played. And, much to his delight, the noise downstairs had completely stopped. Great. This was awful.Aka
Charlie Slimecicle's life gets invaded by his own characters, and some of them aren't as friendly as the rest. Now he needs to find a way to get them back where they came from, and a particular smiling ball of goo might have something to do with that.
But his friends can help, right? Well, maybe they could if he wasn't so insistent on handling it all himself...

There’s nothing else for him to do.
***
Fit returns to 2b2t thinking his family is dead. All he can do is push himself back into work and try to survive.
