Ratchet is once again hopped up on synthen, and Optimus quickly finds out that he's quite keen on fragging him. Finding himself unable to outright refuse such an idea Optimus is faced with revisiting secrets about himself he'd rather have kept buried.

The Matrix got tired of the BS going in Cybertron.
Optimus is duct-taping Iacon back together.
Megatron is sad, missing his friend and taking it on the High Guard—sorry, Decepticons.
Primus himself was tired.
So the Matrix does what any exhausted divine artifact would do:

Summary
There is a wound upon the brilliant shining planet of Cybertron, and that wound is Kaon. It is portrayed as a festering city of death, destruction, and derelicts, to many of Cybertron's upper caste but a lowly gladiator knows the truth. That Kaon is merely the product of an unjust, and broken system involving a deeply corrupt Senate, and fuctionalist caste order.
He is Megatronus, and he shall be the voice of the rebellion. He shall sacrifice his needs to better the many, for he needs naught but justice...that is, until a young, free, mech from Iacon joins his cause, that makes him question everything he knows of the upper castes, and himself.

Summary
"I hope taking some time off didn't break you down too bad, Prime" -Megatron said before he even slithered out of the thick forest, his voice rumbling through the woods.
"I tried my best" -could be heard from the other side, but all sounds halted after Megatron stepped out of the bushes, to an unexpected view.
Almost right on their usual pile of leaves, that they gathered for the sake of bedding, was a slightly neater pile of branches, which, upon further inspection, turned out to be a neatly arranged nest, with some of the leaves, moss, and a thin layer of cut and dried plants decorated and placed by taste.
Rummaging around the back end, Optimus looked up from his work when the silence got too loud, sitting up in the middle of it, pulling neck and tail close in a nervous stance, looking at Megatron's' surprised face.
"I can... elaborate?" -the Prime awkwardly spit out, watching the silver dragon inspect the nest, carefully circling the little dwelling made of sticks.
He seemed slightly less put off after sensing the scent of his mate all around the nest, refocusing his attention to the red dragon.
"You wanna try to?" -he growled, neutrally, staring at Optimus, irking him to go on.

The archvist Orion Pax of Caminus meets Megatron by chance while the warlord is on a diplomatic visit. As the resident expert on Decepticons he has no idea what to make of the warframe in the garden. With the Decepticons courting Caminus for warriors the Autobot's soon take notice and call for their own diplomatic envoy to visit Cybertron. Poor Orion is dragged along to record everything but falls into the loving clutches of the poltical machine of the Autobots.

“Unfortunately a fertile mech cannot carry without a cog, so I must give you one before I keep you”. Orion wanted to respond but he couldn't.
----After the events of the Iacon 5000 Orion Pax and D-16 are taken to Sentinel Prime's personal Service facilities instead of sublevel 50. Orion is informed that he is one of the last fertile mechs in Iacon and is taken in as Sentinel's personal concubine, while D-16 is sent to the pits of Kaon as a silencing tactic.
