Summary
When Will came out, he was relieved to be accepted by the people closest to him, especially Mike, and especially after Will made it clear to Mike that he was his crush. It was just a silly, stupid crush that really wasn’t about Mike at all. The best part is, Will got over it quickly, and they were able to laugh it off and remain friends. Things have been solid since he let those feelings go. That dumb high school bullshit is in the past. Their friendship is far too important to dwell on a crush that is doomed to be unreciprocated.
Imagine Will’s surprise when he catches Mike in a Chicago gay bar making out with another man.
Turns out, Mike is gay. So, what now? What is he supposed to do with this information? More importantly, what does that mean for them?
Friends? No thanks.
Best friends.

Summary
After defeating Thanos, Steve returns the Tesseract to 1970 and makes a choice to stay with Peggy Carter. Their reunion comes with a stipulation at Peggy’s behest: to free the Steve Rogers from her time from his grave of ice, since her Steve’s freedom has no bearing on the events of the future/prime universe. After a surreal meeting of two contrasting doppelgangers (Steve of the prime universe and the Steve fresh from the Arctic ice), they discover the Winter Soldier is overseas enticing the firefight in Vietnam as a tool for Hydra. Although Bucky of the future/prime universe is free of Hydra’s control, this timeline has Bucky trapped and tortured. Will they be able to save Bucky in this chaotic war? And what happens to the Bucky of the future that Steve left behind?
(Or: 2023!Steve Rogers and 1945!Steve Rogers rescue their best friend from Hydra in the jungles of Vietnam in 1970, and it all falls apart.)

He staggered back over the edge, crying out. Just in time, Spiderman shot out an arm to grab him from around the waist, pulling Mike out of danger. Mike cursed himself, adrenaline pumping wildly. The superhero chuckled, getting them as far away from the edge of the rooftop as possible, before letting Mike go.
“You okay?” Spiderman asked, and Mike could almost see his grin of amusement.
Mike, on the other hand, was the epitome of embarrassment. “Uh,” He croaked. He felt like crying.
“Seriously, are you going into cardiac arrest?” Spiderman asked, putting a hand on Mike’s shoulder.
Mike felt himself flush deeper. “No. No- yeah. I’m fine. Thank you.” He looked at the ground. The right knee of his khakis was stained oil-black. How had that even happened?
“You sure?” Spiderman squeezed his shoulder. That was not helping at all.
“Yeah.” Mike nodded, and Spiderman released his grip. “Fine. Thanks for…” He trailed off. “Saving me. I guess.”
or, Micheal James Wheeler, an intern at a New York based publishing company, is in love with his best friend. Will Byers, a student majoring in visual arts, is Spiderman. As in THE Spiderman.
