Of course Julian Loki knows English. Ness could pretend to not know French— though he does, he’s proficient in several languages, always the translator for— but there’s no way Ness can feign illiteracy in English. Multiple interviews hold evidence for his fluency.
“Nice to meet you.” Ness replies. He tries to match Loki’s smile, but falls short in glimmer. How does a smile have a glimmer anyways?
“No need to be so formal.” Loki sits down on a chair across from him, so that is, to say, on the other side of the plane. First class accommodations have always been more of Kaiser’s thing, but today, Ness appreciates the distance. Immensely. “So, how are you?”

“From Japan then,” Loki nods, “you’ve traveled a long way. Are you finding it a worthy trip?”
Rin steps a bit closer, “That depends.” Depends on Loki, and whether he’ll be worth the hunt. But from the way Rin’s mouth is already slightly wet and by how Loki taps his chin thoughtfully with a fully cuffed and protected wrist, Rin decides, “I think it’ll get much better from here.”
“Really?” Loki’s eyes crinkle, looking and sounding truly pleased, “My congratulations.”

“So, what do you wanna share?” Luna paces around his house, which is less pace-size and more so an entire hero’s journey, “is it gossip?” He also wants to show his friends his newly renovated kitchen.
Pablo turns to Loki, pursing his lips in a slight pout, while also moving his mouth slightly to the side. Luna gets hit with so much cuteness aggression that he ends up baring his teeth to the screen for a bit, “You say it.”
“Luna,” And Loki, Loki looks abashed? “I’ve been meaning to tell you this for a while–”
Luna shrieks.
“What was that?”
Luna peers at the screen, then ducks out of it, hiding. It helps that he’s in the kitchen, “You’re not confessing, are you?”
“To you?” Loki makes what has to be one of the most horrified expressions to ever go down in human history, “Most certainly not– and I have a boyfriend.”
If the scream Luna had let out moments ago was shrill, the next noise that left his lips should have shattered glass. Thankfully, it didn’t, “You have a what now?”
“Calm it, soprano,” Pablo says through his teeth, “we aren’t all prostitutes or puritans.”
TLDR: is this a world five centric storyline ft lokirin discovery or vice versa?
