Summary
Tim watches Mr. Hennessy leave his office and doesn’t feel anything at all.
That’s not entirely true. His palms are just a little bit sweaty. There’s an odd pressure at the back of his throat and an odd tingling along the back of his arms. He also suddenly seems to be slightly short of breath.
But it’s nothing that Tim hasn’t felt before, so it’s easy to ignore it all.

By the time Dick had looked up and realized he hadn’t been allowed out of the house in almost a year, Damian was three and running into Dick’s arms with the brightest smile Dick had ever seen.

Tim cocks the gun.
“Freeze,” he says, mask distorting his voice into something artificial and menacing. “Put your hands in the air, slowly. Do not turn around. Do not make a sound.”
It's been almost five years since Tim died, a little over a year since he escaped the League, and now it's time to kill his replacement before Bruce can adopt another kid and ruin anymore lives.
