Hurt.
That was the word he’d decided to use.
Before any sort of annoyance could knaw at him, he immediately hid it behind amusement, “Do define hurt, darling.”

Summary
Lucifer is heartbroken because of Charlie making him leave and he is eager to make up with her when he receives a phone call asking him to meet her but he doesn't know it is actually Vox pretending to be Charlie. The Vees capture Lucifer and use him for his angelic power to create more weapons. When Charlie finds out her dad has been kidnapped she wants to make things right and save him.
Meanwhile Husk and Cherri have realised something is off when Angel didn't come back to the hotel and are determined to find him and find out what's wrong.

Summary
Val’s comment about fucking Alastor has stuck in Vox's head.
Yet realising he can literally take whatever he wants from Alastor right now makes it worse because he knows Alastor won't go along with the appropriate prep for Vox to enjoy such an intimate activity and there isn't a way he can fit it into an order as part of their Deal, but there's also no way he's going to initiate that in any capacity without it.
Val offers the solution he uses for his contracted working souls and kinky audiences.
But things don't go as planned.
Or how Vox accidentally poisons Alastor because he decided to think with his dick instead of his head in trusting Valentino, thus leading Alastor to have a truly terrible time and Vox panicking after finding out how bad it is. Velvette saves the day.

Because somehow, for some inexplicable reason he couldn’t explain, Alastor seemed to care for him now, became vicious at the prospect of him in harm’s way.

But he also seemed tense. skittish, almost. And had adopted some suspiciously closed off body language that had alarm bells going off in the angel’s head.
Lucifer would almost be worried about him, if it wasn’t Alastor as the one in question.
And yet, he couldn’t seem to shake the unsolicited emotion from twisting in his gut regardless.

Set two days after the S2 finale (Aka Alastor and Lucifer's respective capture, and time with Vox) and it seems the media overlord has managed to traumatise them both in different ways.
Long story short, they are not handling it well. And between Alastor's hiding of wounds - both mental and physical, and Lucifer's shattered pride, fear, and newly exposed vulnerability (plus a mysterious new and uninvited interest in the state of the others wellbeing) The two are both struggling in ways they refuse to admit, especially to each other.
