Jason wanted to haunt the narrative. And he would do it whilst bringing comfort to the masses through his art.

Why would I get rid of Tim?

Bruce didn't kill the Joker for revenge?
Who cares. He said I wasn't his son.
Besides Dick killed the Joker, so I'm good.Or Jason decides to come back to Gotham 4 years after the pit and doesn't want to be estranged from his family + Bruce.
What does he do?
Simply... show up, help Alfred prepare dinner, join dinner, act as if he never died and has nothing to do with the new awesome crime lord, named the Red Hood.(Trying to update once a week.)
