It starts with a celebration.
They are very fucking drunk and they’ve just saved the entire city. Hell, even the world. Sure. Why not? They’ve saved the world and they’re both into each other so…why the hell not?
---
It ends with two lines on a plastic stick.
Robert's heart hammers in his chest as he checks the instructions again and again, as if reading them differently will change what’s happening. It doesn’t.

Summary
Their kiss on the battlefield had said all the shit they’d been too proud - or chicken - to admit out loud up until then; Catching sight of Cavendish stooped in that bramble of bodies, all beat up and bloody but alive, had made all of Bartolomeo’s excuses for why he shouldn’t just grab him and finally close that distance between their tidally-locked halves seem… well, not so fuckin’ important. The look they’d shared - as Cavendish turned slowly back, blue eyes tired and grateful and hungry, Bartolomeo’s just as heavy - said everything else, all that they wanted from the future, and the only reason they didn’t tear off what was left of each other’s clothes right there and then was the cannonball which promptly landed about two inches to their left.
But the battle was over now.

The twin red lines seemed to stare at him mockingly as he sat gobsmacked on the closed lid of his toilet, hands just starting to tremble as panic steadily clogged his throat.
Of course. He should’ve known this thing could happen. He had been on his last day of heat when they had slept together. And in their drunken desire, neither of them had spared even a single thought to wearing condoms. Chisaki hadn't taken the pill the next morning because he couldn't get pregnant outside of heat. It was the perfect storm.
He was going to kill Shigaraki.

Shuichi's uncle sends him to a "special" camp for the summer.
There he meets Kokichi Ouma, an openly gay prankster with a penchant for mischief.
Self-discovery and acceptance, falling in love, shenanigans, ridiculous pranks, and lots of rule-breaking follows (though not necessarily in that order).
Will Shuichi manage to confess his feelings to Kokichi before the end of the summer? Or will this remain a summer romance of mutual pining?Bookmarked by kuscospoison

Summary
[[Major spoilers for DR2, oop]]
Shaken by his time as a Remnant of Despair as well as the Jabberwock Island killing game, Gundham is sent home to stay with his mother for a while and fulfill his community service requirements at his animal sanctuary. However, once he, Kazuichi, and Sonia get there, they discover exactly how much it's changed since the Tragedy.
(Took minor liberties with canon, so sorry about that. Some flashbacks to the Tragedy have a UDG vibe because your boy just finished watching a playthrough of that game and absolutely digs it)
(BLANKET CONTENT WARNINGS: depression, PTSD, violence, mentions of death (human and animal), and intense descriptions of self-mutilation and body horror in some chapters. suicide attempt in one chapter. explicit smut/sex in one chapter.)
Updates every Thursday (as long as I remember to do it)
