Summary
It occurs to Barry- would anyone actually notice if they stopped slowing themself down, got up and left and spent a few weeks in speedtime actually doing something productive?
They look around the room. There is no sound, not when sound is currently travelling slower than they are. Clark is intently focused on Bruce’s words, hands folded on the table. Diana is blinking, hands sitting neatly in her lap. Bruce is mid-word, one hand gesturing in front of him. Arthur is staring out the window. Hal has his phone out on the table, the pixels halfway through loading the next frame of what looks like a Google search.
Barry very gently stands up, pushes their chair back and pushes it back in. No one so much as glances in their direction. Bruce is still on the same syllable. Diana is still in the middle of blinking. Hal’s phone is still refreshing the same frame, and not a single pixel has moved.
The answer, very clearly, is no.

Summary
DC vs Vampires is so poorly written and executed that most of the plot would crumble to ash with a rudimentary application of simple logic by almost anyone involved.
Unfortunately for this continuity, Barry Allen is an immortal billennia-old time traveller who's mostly interested in saving Hal, not dying at the scripted time and having fun along the way.
Featuring: Boredom-induced chaos, ridiculous outfits, Barry pretending to be a vampire older than agriculture, cute HalBarry stuff, speedsters being eldritch horrors that only superficially resemble humans, and my attempts to salvage some kind of internal logic from the whole mess.

Summary
Fangs pierce the flesh of their wrist, opening an artery with ease. The taste of their own blood fills their mouth, sugar and minerals and the protein in half-dead cells, some of the initial spurt splattering across their face and shirt collar.
Barry presses the wound to their child’s lips and lets the blood flow- slowly, but not too slowly. Red drips over teeth and tongue, a weak, choking splutter trying to force out the life-giving fluid. That won’t do- they need to swallow.
They tilt their child's head back, the thumb of their other hand stroking their throat. “Drink.” he instructs, and, finally, they take their first swallow.

Jay Garrick wakes up on November 11th, 1965, in a Smallville farmstead he only vaguely remembers purchasing in 1945, age 47 and not looking a day over twenty-five.
Barry Garrick wakes up nestled against their twin brother Eobard on May 15th, 1983, age 8 and best friends with Clark Kent, who lives just down the road.
This is an ordinary occurrence, just as it has been for most of the last two million or so times this sort of thing happened.

Meanwhile, Bruce is trying to figure out why the Flash is acting so weird all of a sudden and why the nephew they adopted out of nowhere is somehow a speedster.
