Summary
This is a What-If for all the Lynda fans out there who felt her stay on the show was short lived, or for anyone who just wants to see what would have happened had she won the challenge.
This fic will be updated following the release of every new Disventure Camp episode of Season 4 until the finale, with diverging eliminations depending on what I consider the most likely course of events and what gives characters a decent story arc.

Her hum begins again, shakier this time. “I suppose that’s true.” She breathes out, the guilt of speaking back to Him burning through her frame. This game has made her too comfortable.
“Of course it is,” He laughs, and the sound feels like it’s coming from within her skull rather than a physical presence. It was a part of speaking to Him she’d never get used to. “You said it yourself: I’m all knowing, aren’t I?”

"Can't you just tell us what it is?" Viktor asked.
"I need to show you."
"You really don't," said Allison.
"I do!"
He kept his voice low, but there was real urgency in it. His jaw was clenched tight. Even over the ambient sounds of a busy diner, Allison could hear him grinding his teeth, and she didn’t think it was out of anger.
Something had Marcus spooked.
Viktor sighed softly.
“Okay,” he said. “Fine. Let’s go to the alley and look at secret stuff together, I guess.”
“If this guy pulls out his junk,” Allison hissed in Viktor’s ear as they trailed after Marcus outside, “I am rumoring him to slam it in his car door.”

Summary
Twenty years after 'Angel's Flight', this is the story of one of the original 86 children-escapees to Canada, who two decades later fled back to Gilead. The following is his account of reintegration into the theonomic Republic of Gilead, where he serves as a Guardian. He serves in Commander Blaine's household... he moves effortlessly through Ardua Hall as well as Gilead institutions of that 'middle period', where the enslaved enjoyed minimal social rights. As a Guardian, this returned guy sees some of the unseemly underbelly of Gilead. This also explores his search for the family he'd been taken from (being sent to Canada when he was four).... as well as the surprise action he took towards the end of the story.
Later chapters chronicle his difficulty reintegrating a second time! This includes 'fragments' of conversations with 2nd and 3rd generation characters, who an older Jeff meets later in life in Canada, as Gilead itself is waning.
Last chapter narrates Jeff's discovery of what happened with his parents. No further chapters are planned.
