“Whaaaat? That’s way too hard!”, Takeuchi groaned, having found Nakamura’s answer to be of no help when it came to deciding what he’d wanted to do. “You smart people have it all figured out. If you become one, you’ll be super rich, too!”
“… I hope so,”, the dark haired teen answered honestly, his cheeks turning a charming tint of crimson as he’d looked away from the three, “I’d like to spoil my partner so that they never need to work, unless they’d like to.”
“Ugh-!”, Takeuchi grumbled upon hearing the other speak, pouting very visibly as he’d noticed that Kawamura and her friends had been watching the boys talk very intently, “you better not try taking Yuuka from me with that talk, you hear?!”
“I’ve no intention of doing that. Ever.”, Nakamura deadpanned immediately, the sudden, utter seriousness of his tone making Hirose chuckle.
——Or, Hirose finding out he has a crush.

Summary
Spamton’s roots were growing out. It took a while for Tenna to notice, or maybe it just took a while to happen. His body was so different now, hard plastic where there had once been soft feathers, gaping, empty sockets that had once held sharp eyes. Static and unchanging. Wounds that would have once healed with time now had to be carefully repaired and his blood was no longer a familiar, humanizing red. He was a doll in more than just appearance. And, like a doll, his hair didn’t grow. Or at least, it hadn't.
OR: Tenna notices that Spamton's stopped dying his hair, despite how vital he knows it was to him. He tries to help without completely ruining whatever fragile truce they've managed to construct.

It wasn’t like Tenna to leave the area, much less on his own, and especially with his only remaining arm now being completely unusable due to rust. After weeks of encouraging him, Spamton had finally convinced Tenna to go with him to talk to Alphys about fixing his arms. They had made plans to go after he had finished his mail route but here was Spamton and Tenna was nowhere to be seen.
