Summary
It’s a cold day in Gotham when Owlman finds himself transported through time and space to a new Earth. With an old obsession renewed, Thomas Wayne, Jr. aligns himself with mayoral candidate Lincoln March in an effort to dismantle Gotham’s only hope at peace; feather by feather, piece by piece.
