Summary
After the Florpus Incident, Zim finds himself unable to contact the Tallest or, more worryingly, any other Irkens. With his PAK malfunctioning and the network failing, he resorts to asking for help from the now-distant and disillusioned Dib.
But this repair unearths a mystery that leads the pair on a strange journey through the secret history of the Irken Empire. There's intrigue; there's corrupted memories; there's a possible vast conspiracy to cover up monstrous truths.

Summary
After an incident at skool involving Zim's blood, Dib discovers that a strain of alien DNA has infiltrated his bloodstream and is starting to overwrite his own genetic code. His body is slowly becoming more and more Irken-like, and in order to reverse the damage and become fully human again, he needs to strike an uneasy alliance with Zim and reconcile with his father in the process.

Summary
For the past four years now, Dib and Zim have been working together at the Membrane Labs. Their relationship had reached a turning point two years after the Florpus incident, and now they’ve settled into a comfortable routine. Dib’s grown. He gets along with his dad better now, and he’s found fulfilment in their research. Zim’s grown, too. He’s 5’9 now, and he’s found new motivation to live after the disappearance of his empire in the form of rebuilding it on his own.
But their status quo is suddenly shaken up when Zim receives a transmission from Irk for the first time in six years, requesting that he return to become their new Tallest. Now embarked on a journey back to Irk, they find themselves confronting new dangers, old faces, and the ever-evolving nature of their nebulous relationship.

Summary
Nine years after landing on Earth and things are not going well for Zim. Trapped on this wretched planet and isolated from his people- the feisty Irken Invader had just about gone crazy trying to entertain himself. However things start to change when an old companion from Irk shows back up. With Skoodge comes an entirely new array of problems, not just with blending in on Earth- but with something sinister going on back on Irk. As things continue to spiral out of control it falls on Zim and whatever allies he can muster to try and stop an impending disaster that puts both planets at risk. But as the time draws near, Zim must unite with questionable forces, make difficult decisions, and come to terms with the fact that his beloved planet Irk might not be the paradise he recalls. It's time for a change, for the Irken people, for continued survival, and most of all, for the glory of Irk. UPDATED FRIDAYS!

Summary
So this is my attempt to rationalize the Invader Zim Universe (kinda). I haven't read the comics, but if you think an arc from the comics would be interesting, let me know! I've only really watched the show and movie.
Edit: This is important. I forgot to add that I'm trying to keep as much of the original vibe of the show as possible. Specifically; this is a labor of love
If you find holes in the logic, please tell me. This is not including holes in the characters logic though, as that's likely on-purpose; if you think a portion isn't though, it's perfectly fine to alert me of it.
But yeah, I know this project is kinda insane to attempt (which is honestly part of the fun). I hope you enjoy it. Also the first few projects probably aren't going to have in-depth explanations of the technology, as I don't quite know how to get into that yet. I'll figure it out as I go, and get my research going.
