“Yeah, obviously, didn’t miss that part,” Crowley said with a shrug, and waved abruptly in Aziraphale’s general direction. “Neither did you, from the looks of it, since you’re dressed like a wedding bride and everything.”
“Excuse me, I am a—“ Aziraphale stopped himself, and started over.

dawg from the moment i saw jesus/metatron tag i was aghast, i was perplexed, am murit si nu am simtit. then, i was like 'ok lets go' when i saw the tags again since i saved this without looking too much (since i do have my preferences in ff), but dawg.... the way i feel abt 'jessy' and 'metty' as petnames is the same way i feel abt straight couples shoving each others tongue down their throats on the tram/bus back to the dorm. like dawg..... its the kind of cringe only couples evoke from me when the couples are being so loveydovey its admirable as it is cringe and slightly repulsive. good for them, ig??? but at least metatron gets some punches from crowley and serious talks from jesus. i cant evne keep a straight face during this i just cant dawg
but anywaaaaaaaaaaaaays for the rest of the fic? good. me like. this good shit. good soup. MMMMMMMM SLURP. i initially thought that this oc is going to be an occasional character but god did she help. good on her, good on her. i like her too. though she was so debby ryan level mysterious when she was like 'im a witch but im also something else ykykyk' and i couldnt help but laugh at her scenes cause she was so done w these two bitches (aziracrow). but thank god this is resolved holy shit. ofc, crowley is left w the usual trauma after the usual confrontation w metatron, but im glad he's on the path of healing.
as a small side note, tho... when i read the first few chapters, i was like 'wait, tf, whats going on dawg' before i was thrown into the context that i ate up with no crumbs left. i thought that oh, this sudden missing context (bc i saw this in other fics) was like these fics referencing a bigger fic that i havent read and im glad this aint it much, but there seems to be a hc (That i like, dw) that crowley is going to uppercut metatron when given the chance. i mean, dont get me wrong, i would too if i were crowley, but still. anyways, rant over.
10/10, would like to read this w a fresh pair of eyes again (and to be as confused as intrigued cause i spent like 8h on this and i dont regret a single bit)
