Not since his saving grace couldn’t save him.
But all of that is besides the current point.
Yes, the current point, is this kid—of course it had to be a kid—is hurting.
Hurting so badly, she might just end it all.

I’ve got so much left to say, I guess I’m just the bigger guy. Oh, thats the way things go.
He could not fathom disliking someone and just… letting that be. His own emotions were so strong. Like Richard’s, one may say. Or even Todd after the pit. But he did not have the casual snark that Drake possessed. The lazy grin, or easy frown. Drake was awkward, but in a stiff way. He got… angry during father’s disappearance. He would throw and crash and shout. But that wasn’t him at his core, Damian would say. That was him at his worst. Drake was emotionally cool. Didn’t show too many. Didn't show none.
Damian didn't understand why.

A series of TimKon works that are based off of the Yoshi Flower album I Will Not Let My Love Go To Waste where the length if the fic is directly proportional to the length of the song. (10 words for every second)
I would like to point out that this series idea was the result of me, someone with adhd, consuming two Bang energy drinks along with a can of normal Mountain Dew and a bottle of Mountain Dew Red in the span of one night and then proceeding to only focus on listening to this album for the first time and come up with fanfiction ideas.
Have it also be noted that I've reworked this series and my notes twice the past two times I've gon overboard with caffeine.
So, it might be a little bit of a mess. :DPOV you try to cross-post your works on Wattpad bc you know people that only read there but it's so fucking frustrating that you give up but you already have 2 fics over there and feel bad ab it.

Conner doesn't know who to trust, he can't turn to those he is used to but he has to get the information. Even if it means joining forces with a troublesome theif But has he stole something a little too big for him to carry?
Edit: hey guys I just thought that I should put this in the summary so I am very indecisive and a perfectionist, especially when it comes to writing. So I've gone back and edited the chapters, either it was tweaking a few details, putting in more words and embellishing a section, or fixing grammar or capitalization.
