In this AU, Stolas is arrested, along with I.M.P., since it's about his relationship with Blitz, not the illegal use of the grimoire. Satan lied about not only being in/ruling Hell before Lucifer, but that there was a law forbidding cross-class relationships. For this reason, both Ozzie and Bee keep their relationships with Fizzarolli and Vortex a secret. Stolas and Blitz included in their arrangement that they'd keep the grimoire-trading a secret, since they could both get in trouble. Not even Octavia or Stella knew. Octavia is aware of Stella's abuse of Stolas and her true nature, and knows that Stolas tried to protect her from it with varying degrees of success. As an Omega, Stolas is Octavia's mother and Stella the father.

“It’s you.” Snotlout lifted his head back up from his pillow, finally being able to make eye contact with his friend.
Tuffnut stared back, eyes blinking. “What about me?”
“I love you, Tuff. More than… anything.” He sniffled again, his words still slurring as they left his lips. He moved to sit up, which in turn caused his friend to sit up properly as well. “And I want you so bad… I’ve wanted you since we were young—I just… I’ve never had the balls to tell you. I barely do now… ‘M just… rambling ‘cause I’m drunk.” He glanced down at the floor, before looking back up at Tuff, who still had that stupid stare on his face. “Not that I’m spouting lies, though. I’m telling the truth… they say that whatever you say when you’re drunk are thoughts you have when you’re sober—or… whatever.”
There was another moment of silence that almost lasted a minute before Tuffnut erupted into a fit of laughter. Snotlout’s eyes shot wide open in surprise, his face flushing further, now embarrassed that he had said anything. “Don’t laugh at me! Why are you laughing?!”

Main POVs are Sonic and Shadow, with the occasional POV from other characters mixed in. This fanfic will truly be pure cringe, and I love it. Set during Race to the Edge. I should also note, these characters are all aged up just to keep things in line, no weird crazy crackship this time around.
