It took a minute or so for the urchin to realize that his clothes were a lot wetter, and it was WAY later than it was a few seconds ago- Hours, he guesses?? The hell, it was the early afternoon and now it’s, like. Late in the evening!!
It was a bit surprising to see Squip casually standing over him, now under an ABXY branded umbrella, and a phone’s flashlight on and now pointed towards the ground in their free hand. They were obviously dressed for the sudden rainy weather that was originally pouring on him for who knows how long, in your classic clunky large boots and bright yellow rain coat.
“Uh... It’s raining.”
______Squip only knew Spyke by a first-name basis, and offered to let him stay at their place when it subsequently starts to pour outside.
They didn't intend for things to go the way they did, but they felt bad that certain things happen because of them.
Though, the way they repay his many favors is...Potentially problematic. (For the adult, anyways.)!!!!ON SEMI-HIATUS, WRITERS BLOCK IS A BITCH!!!

Summary
