Summary
Cybertronians can go into Heat, although this occurrence is a rare, infrequent and utterly obsolete nuisance. The modern Transformer does not obey their base instincts, as they have other, easier, faster and more reliable methods for reproduction than such carnal, primitive ways.
It's just a shame that there's one aboard the Nemesis that is no modern Transformer. -

This Optimus said before he was dead, and he dripped from Megatron's thick digits and down his forearm and onto the floor with the grate. And Megatron took the hose attached to the long wall and sprayed down the corpse and the energon on the floor until the frame was as shining and lifeless as the manacles. He hadn't the time to hate yet, but when it was clean and Soundwave was contacted to collect what was left of Cybertron's hero, then he hated with all of his being. Optimus Prime, for allowing his last words to be about the latest Decepticon war machine, and himself, for wanting them to have been about him.

Summary
Welcome to Jasper, Nevada a quiet small town where nothing goes on, except for a few street races and of course some small crimes. To ordinary people living on earth they have no idea about the existence of other higher beings, nor about the planet Cybertron. Only few of many did know about the existence of these higher beings and the war between autobots and decepticons, including the government and three young students from the local high school.
Coming to Jasper she had no idea what she would get herself into when by chance she finds a certain slick hot ride also known as Knock Out and he takes her as his charge/pet, that’s not all though, soon Team Prime learns that she is rolling with the cons and will do anything, to make sure she’s on their side. In the end though she will be the reason the war stops and darkness cease to exist. Let’s see how the adventure unfolds and what Estelle can do for the sake of her world, and other’s.

Megatron for his part doesn't understand why this is happening and is frankly irritated and tired. He is also actively ignoring what is happening to his own frame and refuses to get it check out, which will quite literally bite him in the aft.

The new leaders of Cybertron strive to reestablish connections with far-off colonies that have been cut off for fifty cycles, the satellite city of Caminus being one of them. An affinity forms between the Lord High Protector and the colony's spirited young Prince, and leaves both with a mark that may never fade. Many cycles later, the Prince, now of age, comes to mainland Cybertron bearing grim news, reunites with the mech who he desired so fiercely so long ago, who has fallen out of love with his Conjunx Endura, and finds the opening he had been waiting for.
(Or:Predaking is a king without a throne—but he'll be damned if he's going to leave to Cybertron's greatest enemy what is rightfully his, and Megatron finds out that he needs by his side a fierce spark that matches his own.)

It didn’t matter if he hated the beast. Megatron still had an unbreakable connection to him, he still carried his clutch and in his lowest moments, he was always reminded that he was Predaking’s mate, and that Predaking was his sparkling’s sire.

At the conclusion of the war Megatron’s mind was wiped and as punishment, he was given to Predaking. Predaking expected a docile, kept Megatron that was meant for him and him alone. None of them expected the fall out that would come when Megatron’s memories returned, and the issues that followed when it was time for their clutch to be born.
