And the world has moved on, with more superpowered individuals being born every day, society has adjusted to accommodate them. Incarceration has been replaced with rehabilitation, and the world is a healthier, safer place for everyone. Which means when Negaduck breaks back through the Negaverse for the first time in decades, no one is equipped to handle his particular brand of sadism. No one, that is, but an old duck who is SUPPOSED to be retired, as his daughter loves telling him.
