The city hums under a gray morning sky. As the colourful leaves fall behind the windows of Hiroki Dan’s office at the Investigation Division Unit 1, Hiroki opens a file with the newest case assigned to him. His desk is neatly organized. Files stacked, coffee still warm in a small clay mug, which was supposed to resemble bear, but looks more like a cat.
In a file he sees a name and picture of the unemployed murderer and meth addict, Kurou Otoharada, arrested by Soichiro Yagami ten years ago. He was recently released on parole but fled, killing first a taxi driver and stealing his fares, then a police officer and stealing his gun.
Yesterday, Otoharada killed and injured six people in a shopping center with the stolen gun and then escaped. Now it's up to Chief Dan and his team to find and arrest him.Hiroki doesn’t blink. His fingers pause over the paper. His eye subtly twitches.

Oh, hey and Rem's here to help that girl Jelouse died for how nice. Things are mostly on track at least until Light catches the attention of the world's greatest detective with his messy wonton murdering sprees- no, justice delivery system.
Unfortunately, Light decides a chance to impress(correction best) the mighty L is too good a challenge to pass by.
Even more unfortunately, L is Light's 'I can feel horney in the heart and dick' awakening, oh no.

Summary

When a mysterious and godly being named Arceus appears, he’s given a second chance in a new world with the task to save it. The worst thing that could happen to Kira is getting ceremoniously knocked off his throne, like Mary Queen of Scots or Caesarion, befitting the scale of all he was.
The worst thing that could happen to Light Yagami is significantly less poetic and involves getting hit by a truck. Somehow, him being Kira, as an entity, symbol of justice, may not be as inseparably tethered to him as he once believed, and it follows him; that sense that he was chosen, that it was ripped away from him; he cannot let go. This alternate universe business, as he finds, is profoundly lacking in. . . everything, and most importantly, not for the weak.
