When Shanks and his crew first arrive at the quiet little fishing village where Vice Admiral Garp is rumored to spend his vacation time, there’s a kid on the dock who waves so enthusiastically at their incoming ship that he slips off the damp boards and topples into the water. Instantly, two smaller kids (who definitely weren’t waving) yelp and jump after him, grabbing the flailing kid’s arms in an effort to drag him towards dry land.
It’s funny, but not so funny Shanks doesn’t feel kinda bad, so he leaps down to help.
Which is how he meets nine year old Monkey D. Luffy, and his adopted six year old brothers, Ace and Sabo.

Summary

At 17 she sets out with Ace but goes her separate ways to learn more about the truth behind her wings and powers. Ve meets lots of people gathering allies and enemies wherever she goes, always on the run from the navy. Three years later she reunites with Luffy and the Strawhats when they reach Loguetown, deciding to join them as they depart for the Grand Line. Vienna and Luffy face all the battles thrown at them head-on, even facing death to save their loved ones. Vienna finds herself wanting to get closer brother's first mate, and then her feelings grow even more confused when she meets Trafalgar Law on Sabaody again.
