Summary
Gideon Grey only experiences one semester of college in his entire life, but that one semester is enough to set the trajectory of his future forever. He befriends those he used to bully, he bakes a ton of pastries, he redeems himself for the mistakes he made as a child, he eventually falls in love with Sharla, and he learns an academic thing or two along the way.
Most importantly, he overcomes his shame and becomes someone he's proud of. And that's the greatest lesson of all.

Pre-Z1 college AU: Gideon, reformed and struggling in college, finds a tutor as well as a good friend in fellow student Judy, whom he soon forms a crush on. Thankfully, by the end of his one and only semester he properly meets Sharla, and they all live happily ever after.
This is very sweet, and with great characterization of everyone’s favorite underrated fox pastry-chef-to-be.
