“George?” He questioned, head now lifted from where it had rested on his knee.
“Yeah baby it’s me.” The nickname pulled another sob from his throat. "Could you open the door for me so we can talk about what's going on?” the brunet added and Dream could feel he was close to him.

Summary
"Noodle baba," the little slurred towards the brunet, who had taken this rare chance of peace and quiet to get a head start on cleaning the living room, due to their amazing floor plan, once again only a few feet from the table in case Dream needed him.
"For me?" George called from the carpet, where he was picking up stuffed animals and action figures that the blond had played with after his nap earlier.
The blond nodded and held out his small fork in the direction of George, watching as the man quickly stood from the floor and walked over to the table, opening his mouth, taking the bland pasta off the metal, and chewing, humming deeply to show the other he liked his gift.
"That's so tasty! Thank you, bud!" he remarked, and Dream smiled wide before his free hand reached for a slice of apple, clumsily guiding it up to his lips and chewing on the sweet fruit. He dropped the fork from his other hand and extended his fingers for his cup, lifting it high and turning it over, washing the last pieces of apple still stuck between his teeth down with the tasty juice.
Or Little Dream helps George cook some pasta for dinner.

"Look who we have here" a familiar voice makes George's eyes shoot open. He noticed it immediately, and it sent a warm, welcoming rush down his entire body and made his heart beat out of his chest.
"Dreammm" he slurred, eyes catching just a small glimpse of the man's figure before closing shut again. He reached his arms out instinctively, accidentally hitting one of the other men in the face, waking them up and sending the three very drunk men into a laughing fit, which Dream had to admit seemed kind of funny.
Or Karl, George and Sapnap get thrown out of a club for being too drunk and Dream comes to the rescue

"You know they wouldn't want that" Dream spoke softly, and deep down George knew he was right. He knew their friends, and was sure they wouldn't end their friendship over something like this. Still he was hesitant to tell them, why exactly? He didn't really know. A quick little peck to the cheek pulled him from his thoughts, the man next to him tugging him into his arms gently.
Or George and Dream hide George's regression from their friends until they can't anymore.
